Looking Old Before Your Time

Give your body the proper nutrition and quit smoking for a youthful complexion. What we eat is what we are. The foods we have available to us today are mostly force fed for production and quantity. These foods are low on the nutrition values our bodies need to keep our immune systems in balance. To balance our immune system and to live healthy, illness-free lives it is important we eat properly to maintain our natural healing bodies. We need to totally avoid highly processed foods and cigarettes.
What we put into our bodies affect our physical performance and our outward appearance. Two of the main reasons for poor health and chronic illness are self imposed:
