I write this article with the many people who have ever tried to trade unwanted habits for a better life in mind. That statement encompasses a broad spectrum of change: Quitting smoking, losing weight, drinking less alcohol, spending less money, etc. The common goal is the desire to be happy in one’s own skin. I doubt there is anyone who can honestly say that they haven’t attempted to make some changes for the better in their life, only to be met with the harsh realization, it’s hard. |
