Are You Handicapped By Your Teeth?

Many people, people that you know, neighbors and friends, even family members are living with chronic pain.

They may be living with insecurities of their teeth breaking if they take a bite into a sandwich. Perhaps they hold back laughter and smiles because they feel embarrassed by their teeth, or missing teeth.

People can have poor teeth for multiple reasons a medical condition rendering them with a dry mouth, extreme phobia of the dentist, lack of financial resources, poor diet that includes sodas and juices, trauma, and sometimes even drugs, like methamphetamines.

Those patients that take action and change their dental situation can experience drastic changes in their lifestyle.

Their newfound confidence can have them standing straighter, smiling more often, dressing better, and feeling great. They may perform better at a job interview, or perhaps find romance again with their significant other.

Often, patients who are young cannot accept the concept of wearing removable dentures. In some cases, reconstructing the complete dentition may be exhausting physically, emotionally and financially.

One alternative is the “teeth in one day” concept. With this treatment plan, the existing dentition is removed, and a new bridge or denture can be secured to four to six implants. These prosthetics replace all the teeth in a jaw and can only be removed by your dentist.

Furthermore, this procedure can be performed with IV sedation you can be comfortable and also not have to experience the procedure. One should inquire about this treatment with your general dentist or oral surgeon.
