Beautiful Smile, Gorgeous Skin

A beautiful smile and gorgeous skin can sometimes hide behind the “hole-ly” word. There is nothing more beautiful than a beautiful smile, pretty teeth and unblemished skin, however, when behind that smile and those pretty teeth and out of the mouth comes hole-ly words, you see the smile, for what it really is. Smiling faces sometimes can have a hidden agenda.
“Hole-ly” words are words you speak, that have holes in them. If a word or anything else has holes in it, well then it begins to leak. There is nothing more upsetting, than for a person who takes the time to eat right, exercise, go to dentist, have facials and go to the house of their choice to worship and turn right around and give you a hole-ly word. When you realize that someone is talking with holes in their words, it doesnt matter how beautiful their outer appearance is. What matters is the whole word. Speak the truth, use words that have no holes.
A gorgeous smile and beautiful skin is found in people who take the time to do what is necessary to attain that look. Beauty is skin deep. You are beautiful inside and out when you speak the truth. Lies make you ugly to the bone.
To keep your beautiful radiance, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut back on beef, pork, wine, alcohol, nicotine, white sugars and starches. The foods listed are foods that will make you dull and boring. To keep your radiance is good; do your best even if you dont like what you are doing.
Your beautiful smile and your radiant personality will help you get through any situation good, bad or indifferent. And remember try to keep holes out of your words. Tell the truth at all cost. You are what you eat, say, and do.
Be as you are; beautiful and radiant.
