Three Easy Tips For a Perfect Beach Body

Memorial Day is almost here, and many of us are already thinking about beaches, vacations, and warm weather. This is a good thing, as we all deserve a break from our busy schedules. For some, however, the thought of lying on a beach can bring up a lot of fear and anxiety, due to worrying about our “beach bodies” and how they will look in a couple months.

We all want the perfect beach body, but those of us with hectic schedules may not have the time to increase our exercise and workout routines. Drink Up

Some people will tell you that guzzling lots of water will make you look bloated. This is a myth. In reality, not hydrating causes you to retain water underneath the skin's surface, which leads to a puffy look. Cut out diuretics like caffeine and alcohol and sip 6-8 glasses of water per day. Your body will create a reserve of water below your muscles, pressing them out and adding definition.

Lose Weight By Sleeping

Your body restores itself while it sleeps, so it's operating at peak capacity (this includes processing food as quickly and efficiently as possible.) Therefore, if you want to speed up your metabolism, make sure you're getting at least 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep on a daily basis.
