Yoga brings about awareness in your words, actions, intentions, thought and habits. Once you become aware of what you are unaware of (such as holding your breath), you can release that hold on your mind that causes your breath to become suspended during the thoughts that causes the action.

The new year is a good time for us; there are so many paths we can take to take charge of ourselves. It is truly a new beginning.

Life is as your breath is. When breathing smoothly life is smooth, when breathing erratic, life becomes erratic. Your life, health and happiness are in your breath your breathing. Breathe consciously and with awareness. Inhaleexhale

H is for hypnosis, a method of relaxation that allows for the conscious mind to accept the subconscious mind to make conscious decisions with the use of positive suggestions.

A For anxiety that, the number one cause of illness plaguing most people today.

P is for prana (life force energy) also known as breath, to help you to mindfully focus on, to reduce anxiety and stress.

P Is for poses of yoga and other body positions to help maintain the health and breath with awareness to create overall healing for the mind and body.

Y Is for yoga. Yoga brings the mind, body and breathes together, to create healing and overall good feeling of wellness.

N is for nidra, a form or meditation. This is a sleep like meditation where the mind rests, subconsciously, thereby creating a feeling of rest to mind and body.

E is for exercise. Exercise your body and mind to keep all the body systems working to their optimum and to prevent stuck-ness in the body that causes pain, numbness and confusion.

W is for weight control with the use of hypnosis, yoga, meditation and awareness.

Y is for yoga. There are many kinds and forms of yoga. Find the one that suits you.

E is for eliminating from your mind and body what is no longer needed to allow space for newness and growth.

A is for another year to get it right. Here and now is the year to take control of your mind, body, and soul.

R Is for relaxation. Relaxation with the use of therapies such as meditation, massage, yoga, reiki, and hypnosis.

Peace, health, wealth and happiness are yours claim it. It's all in your breath.
