Hypnosis and Weight Loss

“Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power.”

-Seneca

As Spring approaches, we will notice thousands and thousands of people starting fitness and weight loss programs. This pattern repeats itself every year about this time as we all wish and hope to burn away the fat that we have gained over the long winter months of hibernation. Yet as the weeks go by, we will see how the majority of exercisers get disappointed, injured and lose motivation only after a few weeks of effort.

Why does this scenario repeat itself year after year? The answer is obvious when you take the time to identify the steps that successful athletes follow subconsciously.

Most of us have constant mental chatter in our heads. We actually talk to ourselves all day long and, unfortunately, this self-talk is mostly negative. Often it is tainted with guilt about our past or anxiety about our future or fear of changing. This negativity can destroy any seed of hope that we may have while striving for our fitness or life goals.

Our actions are inspired by our subconscious thoughts. If we can change the way we think, we can begin to change the daily actions we take. It is human nature to seek personal growth; whether financially, emotionally, physically or spiritually. Practicing positive self-talk can help us set in motion actions/habits that will bring us greater rewards.

Hypnosis is the open secret that champion athletes the world over use for training and winning. They use it because it works. You can too. You'll develop a new commitment to get fit and stay fit that will be your internal guide to excellence.

“I just can't get motivated to work out.”

“Why try, I always fail.”

“I don't feel like doing it today.”

“I don't have enough time.”

Hypnosis will change that by instilling the belief that training is fun. It also helps you imagine what it feels like to reach your goal and believe that you can.
