Create What You Want In Your Life

The Laws of Attraction, “like attracts likes”, is based on the mathematical principles underlying physics and energy. Your thoughts will draw to yourself what you are at an energy level. Thoughts are a frequency or vibration in your cells that give rise to what you experience in your life. You are where you are in life, because of the thoughts and feelings that you think about today or have thought in the past, create your experiences in life today and in the future.

We have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day. Energy flows where attention goes. Decide what you want to believe and learn to discipline your mind. Believe that you deserve ecstasy and bliss in your life and create it with intention unimpeded by doubtful thoughts.

All your actions and thoughts have to support your goals in order for something to manifest. People who are unhappy predominantly focus on grim realities or unhappiness, misery, and feelings of being victimized and powerless.

To change your life, you have to be aware of what you focus on and what you are feeling at all times. If you focus on the things you complain about then your thoughts and feelings attract what you experience in life. Shift your thoughts and feelings into what is called being in an attitude of gratitude.

Practice forgiveness, which is the ability to see someone as they are, not as you would like them to be. It is being able to let go of the past feelings of resentfulness, grievance, and judgment and establish a new copasetic relationship based on understanding a person as they are. Forgiveness does not mean accepting what someone did. It simply means “no harm done” when viewed from a broader perspective of non judgment.

Relationships are contracts between individuals forged out of many spoken and unspoken agreements for rules of engagement between members. You have to ask for what you want, believe you deserve respect and a voice that is heard, and recognize the other person may not agree with you.

Create what you want in life by knowing what you want and expecting it to manifest. You may have to insist on it, so you need to be clear in your values and goals. You have to do what works to achieve happiness and harmony in your life. Nobody is going to give it to you without working towards common goals.
