Adé (Ah-Day) graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage (Baltimore School of Massage) and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University in sports-medicine.

HE BELIEVES: That massage is more than just placing lubricants on someone’s back. “It’s the healing art of touch through massage. The human body has layers to every problem it presents with. Self-care isn’t just about time away from the stressors of everyday life, it’s about healing the body from the root to the crown, which takes knowledge, care, and without question, patience”

Adé has experience and certifications in: Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Corrective Exercise, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology (Hands & Feet), Stretching Techniques, and Chair Massage.

Adé also like preparing holistic herbs and teas for overall ailments and sexual health. He is excited to join the team of Effective Integrative Healthcare and assisting all the patients in their health care journey.
