Robin has a background in sport and exercise science, is also a functional strength coach and currently pursuing her certification in nutrition.  She has competed in Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding and even tried her hand at rugby.  She is interested in helping others  recover from injury and strain on the body, and  is committed to reducing your discomfort and helping you to get back to doing what you love.
